Mr. Jordan sits as the CEO for ACP, LLC., Cofounder of FTP Capital Asset Management, LLC., and COO for Melabis (Malta and Uzbekistan). His mission for 8 years in the THC/CBD marijuana spaces has been to lead companies into profits from multiple corporate structures and supply chain segments. He has operated under every license in existence from cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, medical research (Univ. of West Indies), retail, and exportation. He is an MBA from South University, Summa Cum Laude.
For 42 years, has been a high achieving pioneer in the culinary/hospitality/sustainability industries. Over the last 25 years he was instrumental in taking public both a physician management company and a clinical pathology data company, which performed data transfer wirelessly. For 17 years he was the founding member and partner in a private boutique consulting firm, specializing in culinary, farming sustainability, and cannabis programs. He has held positions within several hotel chains such as Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons; and has also owned and operated international hotel locations. For the last 10 years he has obtained international experience in medical cannabis recipe development and consulting in the cannabis medical field. Currently he is a guest speaker and visiting professor at universities in China, Italy, Netherlands, Peru, and Jamaica lecturing on topics such as culinary, sustainable farming, organic cannabis sustainable farming, and cannabis clinical studies. Has received many international awards and recognition over the years based on his creativity, execution, and expertise.
Andrew Hagstrom grew up professionally racing karts and formula cars from a very young age, garnering attention from the Red Bull Juniors Academy until college got in the way. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona in 2005, he pursued a career in the entertainment industry focused on management and partnerships for talents like Kelly Slater and Bam Margera. In 2009 he joined IMG to lead partnerships for the motorsports division including John Force Racing (NHRA), Joe Gibbs Racing (NASCAR), Kyle Busch, Joey Logano, and Danica Patrick. In 2010 Hagstrom saw a huge opportunity in Cannabis and acquired an asset in Colorado and exited shortly after. In 2012 Andrew was hired as the General Manager by a VC fund that owned and operated the World Series of Poker and Tapout licenses — leading growth and expansion into new markets and verticals. Later that year, Hagstrom started Del Mar Advertising which focused on full-service Tier 3 automotive advertising and exited in 2017. For the last ~5 years, Hagstrom has been leading different divisions at Weedmaps including the brand’s product and sales teams and Enterprise Accounts. He launched Weedmaps’ wholesale platform and led global partnerships for the organization. In 2022 Hagstrom was appointed CEO of Leisuretown, a celebrity-backed THC and CBD beverage line. He is a proven leader with strong sales and marketing chops and an extensive cannabis background.
Scot has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and tax law. His clients rely on him to advise them with respect to their complex financial transactions as well as serving as their outside general counsel. Scot provides proactive advice with respect to sensitive management matters, litigation management, day to day transactional needs and objective assessments for the development of successful business strategies. Scot has served as lead counsel in numerous mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, private offerings, venture capital financings, mezzanine debt offerings, divestures and other related transactions, with an emphasis in theLegalized Marijuana (Growth, Production and Sales).
Currently sits as the Chair of Dickinson Wright’s Government Investigations and Securities Enforcement Practice. Has practiced in the private sector for over 20 years and served 14 years as a Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, a US federal criminal prosecutor, and a New Orleans Assistant District Attorney. A mix of corporate transactional, litigation and investigations defense extending well beyond the cannabis industry and cover a wide-range of industries worldwide. He has represented corporations and officers, directors and other senior officials in federal and state securities, FCPA, export, government contracts, and other government investigations. He regularly and successfully defends parties in investigations by all offices of the SEC, the Department of Justice’s Fraud Section, United States Attorneys' Offices throughout the country, FINRA, state securities regulators, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Is known for challenging facts, advocate effectively and secure favorable outcomes.
T.J., a two-time UFC champion and accomplished entrepreneur, has expanded his business reach impressively beyond the mixed martial arts ring with his work on franchise expansion and operations, strategic marketing contracts and brand development. T.J.’s central focus with American Cannabis Partners is strengthening the company’s marketing initiatives and enhancing the success of ACP’s proprietary brand, ZÜK. T.J.’s business etiquette, awareness and experience as a professional athlete empower him as an effective ambassador for cannabis education, business and consumer relations. As ACP’s Director of Marketing, T.J. also serves as a member of the company’s Advisory Board.
Dr. Jeereddi A. Prasad, M.D. serves as the President of Pomona Valley Medical Group, Inc. Dr. Prasad serves as the Chairman and President of ProMed Health Care Administrators. He serves as the President of Upland Medical Group. Since 1991, Dr. Prasad has also been the President and Medical Director of Chaparral Medical Group, Inc., a fifty physician multi-specialty group that he founded in Southern California, within which he created a strong Endocrinology Department that is an ADA Certified Center of Excellence for Diabetic Education. Dr. Prasad has served as the President of each of the ProMed group entities since 1994 (2002 in the case of Upland Medical Group). He has been a Director of Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. since June 1, 2007. Dr. Prasad completed his Endocrinology Fellowship at Bellevue NYU Medical Center in 1978. He is board certified in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of both the American College of Endocrinologists and American College of Physicians.

With a B.S. in Biology from Eckerd College and a Ph.D. in bioinorganic chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, he has over 17 years experience spanning the interfaces between molecular biology, biochemistry, and organic chemistry. Experienced in the synthesis, extraction, purification, and characterization of bio-active organic compounds, He has provided his expertise in the domestic industrial hemp and international medical cannabis industries as an advisor on cannabinoid isolation, purification, quality assurance/control, and formulation of hemp and cannabis-derived products.
For 26 years, Scott has owned a successful civil plaintiff's litigation firm in Charleston, South Carolina, representing clients seeking awards and settlements. With a B.A. from Davidson College and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina, he is licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina, the United States District Court, and The United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. In the past, he has defended cases involving misdemeanor marijuana charges, illustrating his long standing motivation to join the cannabis industry. Scott saw an opportunity for intervention with medical cannabis during the U.S. opioid crisis, and he wanted to be a part of the industry's forward progression. His first entry into the cannabis arena took place in 2017 with Stephen Jordan, the CEO of ACP. The relationship aided Stephen from the point of ACP's conception to it becoming a multi-state, multi segment operator. Since 2017 he has served in an advisory role to ACP and has assisted with investor relations and research on state legalization and regulations, for both medical and recreational markets. Scott's role as Director of Investor Relations will serve ACP by keeping its shareholders transparently informed of company structure, performance, and agendas.
